Terms and conditions of booking and cancellation

GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • The house has 7 bedrooms.
  • The minimum price per stay is €545/night (whole house), excluding discounts.
  • To confirm the booking, you must pay 10% of the cost of the stay and 100% of the other products booked upfront.
  • The remaining amount may be paid upon arrival, ALWAYS upon handing over the keys, or by bank transfer.

COHABITATION RULES:

  • Please respect the cohabitation rules in force throughout the municipal area of Puiggròs (times for using loud speakers, noise, consuming alcoholic drinks in the street, putting up posters without authorisation, etc.). Failure to comply with these rules may lead to a report being made to the competent authorities and the resulting fine being enforced. Telephone numbers for information and enquiries:

    NUMBER OF PEOPLE:

    • Under no circumstances will more people than the total capacity of the rooms booked be admitted, including children.
    • The use and installation of mattresses, tents, inflatable beds or platforms, awnings, etc. is not permitted.
    • If you require an additional space, please inform the property at least 7 days in advance, as it is not possible to prepare it just before or upon arrival.

    ADMISSION OF PETS: 

    •  In Cal Miqueló we are DogFriendly. We admit the entrance of pets. We ask that you do not enter pets on the rooms. Thank you

    CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

    • Check-in will be from 5pm on the first day booked and check-out will be from 4pm on the last day. Likewise, you can change this schedule based on availability.

    OTHER SERVICES:

    • Use of the fireplace
    • Use of barbecue and paella for 23 people outside the house.
    • Free access to the municipal swimming pool (provided it is open).

    CANCELLATION:

    • Cancellation of the booking or a change of date at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival: refund of 100% of the amount paid.
    • Cancellation of the booking or a change of date less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival: no refund will be made.
